Many different types of research projects are feasible using the volunteer panelists who register with us. In overview, the StudyResponse project provides these services:
- Configuring a customized sample with stratifications based on your specifications from our panel of more than 50,000 participants from 23 countries
- Sending anonymous and confidential recruiting messages and reminders to your customized sample
- Providing a database of demographic information at the individual level of analysis for your use in analyzing response rates, non-response, and subgroup analysis based on demographic characteristics
- Handling all of the administrative aspects of providing participant incentives
StudyResponse is an academic research project connecting researchers with individuals willing to participate in social research. We are ethically obliged to work only with individuals over 18 years of age who have given their consent to participate in such research. Our panelist registration system is open to the public, and the composition of the panel varies over time. StudyResponse does not conduct market research and does not reveal or resell the contact information of participants. People of all nationalities are invited to participate. In general, projects enter participants into a drawing for one of several electronic gift certificates to Amazon ranging in value from $50 to $250.
